TFV Mexico Operations has the equipment and personnel to perform work related to the maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of industrial valves (lapping, machining, grinding, etc.). Additionally, we have a testing bench to conduct hydrostatic and/or pneumatic tests under criteria such as ASME B16.34, API 598, API 6D, among others, ensuring that the valve’s tightness can be verified and guaranteed according to its design and the specified international standards. Furthermore, we have highly trained personnel to provide assembly/disassembly services for accessories and/or actuators, as well as the respective maintenance if required.
We can also provide painting services that meet the most rigorous requirements, covering the systems requested by PEMEX, CFE, CENAGAS, ENI, etc.
All of this is aimed at providing you with a comprehensive service, ranging from disassembly, repair, quality assurance, and assembly for different types of valves and applications (chemical, gas transportation, HF, etc.), through our multidisciplinary team with ISO 9001-2015 certification.
Among the EXPERIENCE of TFV Mexico Operations is the manufacturing of Metering Skids. One of these projects was the ERMyC of the Samalayuca – Sásabe Gas Pipeline, located in Pitiquito, Sonora. This project included the scope of engineering, procurement, and construction, integrating structures, pipeline laying, equipment installation, quality assurance, etc., with the aim of delivering a high-quality, comprehensive final project. With the tests and commissioning requested by our client, we are proud to have contributed to such an important project as the Samalayuca-Sásabe gas pipeline.
For this type of project, we have:
1 industrial facility in Toluca, in addition to the ability to carry out work in an additional facility in Tehuacán, Puebla.
